Mr. Fraser has worked with public companies over the past
8 years primarily working to acquire positive cash flow
ventures in the water and alternative energy fields. Prior
to becoming involved in the public markets Mr. Fraser
owned and operated successful private businesses for over
18 years. As a licensed Auctioneer and professional Appraiser
Mr. Fraser sold over 3 million items during his career
and was at the forefront of this Industry in Canada. Mr.
Fraser owned the first Auction house to become fully computerized
as well as being capable of holding online auctions many
years before the popularity of the internet came into
existence. Mr. Fraser strength is in sales and marketing,
as well as overseeing administration and the operation
of the company.
Nand K Shankar -- VP Director Sales & International
Marketing
Mr. Shankar has complementary skills and strengths that
ensures a strong foundation for growth. He is an
experienced, creative, technically- astute and highly
self motivated individual who has many years of international
entrepreneurial experience. Mr. Shankar has owned and
operated a successful communication, graphics and lithography
business where he dealt with customers locally and internationally,
Since gaining the experience from major corporation Southam
in the same field he established his own business since
1979.As VP- Director Sales & Marketing International
Mr. Shankar will adopt very well and provide positive
results in a rapid changing and demanding work environment
in today’s work force internationally.
